Gift Shop Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Location: Sevierville, TN

Starting Annual Salary: $29,910

Minimum Requirement: 1 Year Exp./ No Minimum Education Required

Job Duties: The employee will be responsible for retail sales. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns. Assist customers with selections from the souvenir case. Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell merchandise to customers. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and organizing displays. Assist with receiving inventory and stocking merchandise in the stockroom.
