Retail Operations Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Sevierville, TN

Starting Annual Salary: $139,402 – 145,000

Minimum Requirement: 2 Years Exp./ Bachelor’s Degree

Job Duties: Responsible for the sales goals, training sales representatives, implement ways to secure new customers, creating special pricing plans. Procure material and merchandise orders. As well as plan layout and design of stores both online and in the physical store location.
